Keith Wright
The president and founder of TWT, Keith has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He got his start from his brother-in-law as a roofer in San Antonio in 1999. As his knowledge and skill set grew, he knew he wanted to be able to offer more services to his clients. In 2006, The Wright Touch (TWT) was formed to make that dream a reality. Fast forward to today, and Keith has been able to call hundreds of Central Texan clients as TWT has grown. In 2018, Keith expanded TWT into the greater Austin market and has continued to find success in every facet of construction.
Sean McLeod
Sean was born and raised in San Antonio Texas. He has been working with TWT since 2019. He was our foreman of the San Antonio branch and has recently relocated to Austin where he has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. He is Keith’s right hand man He has over 25 years of experience in the industry. Sean got his start building homes with Heritage Builders in 1997 as a project manager. His accolades include designing & building custom homes in various neighborhoods in San Antonio, many of which were showcased in Parade of Homes Summerglen. Sean designed and built numerous commercial buildings including Hertz Equipment Rental, Airtron Air Condition, multiple recreation centers & commercial strip centers in San Antonio. He also remodeled the First Baptist Church in Boerne Texas. We are so excited to have Sean overseeing our Austin team.
Greg Stone
Greg joined TWT in December of 2019 overseeing the San Antonio market. He’s a quintessential construction professional who brings 30 years of commercial, industrial, and residential experience to TWT. From the age of 16, Greg has worked on and completed thousands of projects across the state, including historic developments in San Antonio. He’s worked on the demolition of the Quarry Market, HemisFair Arena, and the original TMI campus. Once out on his own as a general contractor, he built Texas Ski Ranch, several strip plazas, pharmacies, dental offices, oil field facility buildings, and many other projects.
Grant Penix
Grant Penix comes to the bustling city of Austin & expanding, surrounding areas from San Antonio where he worked with several successful companies focused on custom design-build & landscape design. With extensive experience in landscape curation, development, and management, on both modest and high-end scales, Grant pays close attention to what clients want while organically introducing them to varieties of aesthetics they may have previously been unaware. He works with a keen eye, nimble hand, and strong intuition to see that clients are satisfied with their end result, while also ensuring that the entire process is pleasant with his personable & warm approach. Having grown up in the true hill country upon open land in Comfort, Texas..climbing oak trees with his brothers and soaking up nature, Grant’s love of the outdoors and creation complement his big Spirit & work.
When not working, Grant may be found playing piano, strumming a guitar, eating wings with his stellar son Stone, &/or walking with his two best girls..his gorgeous dog Daisy and girlfriend Lacey.
